Best Buddies

I went to the San Diego Wild Animal Park yesterday and watched a cheetah run 100 meter dash in 5.3 seconds! Her best buddy was a rescue dog from the local shelter! The dog's calm temperament keeps the cheetah calm too. I love how dogs are friends with everyone :)

My cousin's twin babies had their first birthday yesterday and their doggie, Holly, was so well behaved! She was very gentle with all the little ones and waited patiently for some cake to drop...and she definitely got to taste some of it :)

Aquarium of the Pacific

As a big animal lover I always make my rounds to the local zoos and aquariums every summer. I went over to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, California. They have some great exhibits with beautiful creatures of all types. I even got to touch a bat ray who made a special swim over to me and held a lorikeet who rested on my shoulder (without the temptation of food!). All the creatures seem very happy and it was a great experience to learn about all the different species.

Snow White

Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest doggie of them all?

I have always been a big Disney fan and I was really excited to hear about the new Snow White and the Huntsman movie that came out today. I thought it would be fun to add a little Snow White inspired dog collar to my shop and here is the results! 

It comes with the satin red bow and the red apple charm :)
